Finish the Flash 1-3 work and the lighthouse assignment after the quiz.
Sound in Actionscript - make sure you add the LINKAGE to your sound (properties) or it will not play !!!!!!!
Basic Design Flash Project alternative.
Create a Flash movie that lets people sample three or four of your favourite songs.
You should have an introduction that leads to a set of buttons for poeple to choose which songs they want to hear.
Each button should link to another scene with:
a 15 second clip of the song
a picture or the album art for the osng
brief text giving the history of the song or group or other brief info
a sound on/off button
a back to intro button
Edit each song so that you get the 15 seconds (max) that you want people to hear

Create your own version of the game Pong - - a simple game with two paddles and a ball. You score by getting the ball past the other person's paddle.
BASICS (for 70%)
You need to program this so that:
the ball bounces off the top and bottom walls
the ball bounces off the paddles
a person scores if the ball hits the side wall
the ball resets itself to the center of the screen after a score, waits a second or two, and then starts moving again.
OPTIONS !!!!
Different levels:
a second ball or
smaller paddles, or
different speeds
sounds
colours
obstacles
blinking ball
etc
